The 8th Annual Point Loma Garden Walk was held on Saturday, April 25th, 2009. Thank you to all attended - it was a HUGE success!Our next garden walk is scheduled for Saturday, April 24th, 2010.
Welcome to the Point Loma Garden Walk presented by Dana Unit of Rady Children's Hospital Auxiliary, a non-profit organization. The Point Loma Garden Walk features self-guided tours of over a dozen private residential gardens, and a fantastic garden boutique. The Point Loma Garden Club is holding their annual plant sale at our boutique. Sponsored by local businesses and private donations we are proud to offer this year's event which will be held in the of Sunset Cliffs neighorhood. Garden Walk ticket sales from this volunteer-managed annual fundraiser provide continued support for the Craniofacial Services at Rady Children's Hospital, San Diego.We invite you to spend a relaxed and inspiring day in many beautiful private Point Loma gardens that reflect the unique lifestyles of their owners. Garden Walk Sponsorship: Sponsor a Tulip! Advertise Your Business or donate in remembrance of or in honor of a loved one. The large red and yellow tulips are displayed prominently throughout the gardens where they are seen by hundreds of participants as well as posted on a large sponsor board at the Garden Boutique and again at our Thank You Party in May where a check from the proceeds of the Garden Walk is presented to Rady Children's Hospital staff. Sponsor's business name will also be listed the brochure handed out to each person attending the Point Loma Garden Walk. We hope to see you at this exciting event in April!

Day of walk information: Maps of the walk are given out the morning of the event beginning at 10 am until 4 pm, It is a self-guided walking garden tour and is at your own pace. This is normally a walking tour. This year the distance from beginning to end is one mile. You can choose your own route and tour the gardens and homes in any order you wish. Complimentary bottles of water are located throughout the walk and as a special treat, there is a Bake Sale at the Boutique. Portable toilets will be provided along the route. Please see map. Parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Please: The Point Loma Garden Walk will close at 4:00 pm; the Boutique will close at 5:00 pm so everyone has plenty of time to visit the Boutique. If you visit the Boutique prior to viewing the gardens, you can leave your purchases in will call at the Boutique. Need more info? Email us at
